I pulled in on Saturday afternoon during a quick family trip. Matt Snyder was the Express Lane Advisor and he took care of me like I was a regular. From taking care of the oil change I desperately needed, to pointing out exactly what I needed to be careful of on the way back home to Atlanta, he made sure I couldn’t have been in better hands. I was acknowledged not once, but twice for my service as a veteran and public servant. If Matt is indication of what this service team brings their work, go see them for all your car service needs.

Came in a few weeks ago to look at a new Ram, Vance my salesman was upfront and honesty on pricing and gave the best price upfront. Super easy transaction, definitely recommend!

Everyone was friendly and courteous, this was my first service on my 2024 Jeep wrangler and they treated like their own. The dealership was great, can’t say the same for Mopar, when I bought the Jeep I received a two year service plan that excluded 4 oil changes. Well now that has changed. They now recommend one year 10,000 miles for an oil change! Who drives 10,000 miles on an oil change!!!! That just sucks.

I was only there for an hour when informed a part would be on order and they were providing a rental both experiences with the purchase and the servicehave been excellent. I recently bought a Jeep wrangler from here and it was by far the best buying experience I have had. Mike Hennen was who I was dealing with and he is amazing, he is not pushy like most car salesman and you can tell he really enjoys what he does. They are very fair with pricing that's why we drove 2 hours to come here. I will buy from them again in the future.

We drove from Charlestown IN to buy a Jeep Wrangler. We called and spoke to sales Mike Hennen and he assisted us in getting everything prepared to possibly buy. My wife and I purchased a used 2023 Jeep Wrangler from NGC right after Christmas. When we found the vehicle on their website, it was so fresh they didn’t have any pics posted. I reached out to their sales team and was fortunate enough to make contact with Malcom King. Malcom took and texted pics to me right away and we made an appointment to come in the following morning to look it. Initially, there was a little bit of a hitch in the pricing quoted (that was to our benefit), but Malcom and his manager, Andy, stood by their written quote and we took immediate delivery. They treated us more than fair and it will not soon be forgotten. Malcom also did a nice job of following up with previous owner to make sure we got the second remote. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Malcom, specifically, for their next vehicle purchase.

I shopped online all over Cincinnati trying to find the best deal on a new Grand Cherokee L. The sales staff answered all my questions over the phone and when I came in to purchase the vehicle the process was smooth and quick. I wasn't planning on trading in my used vehicle, but the price they gave me for my used van was hard to pass up! Hard to find a Car Dealer that doesn't give you the run around. Very thankful-you've gained a customer for life!
